Rules for Racers to be Eligible for Peninsula Cycle Club Reimbursements and SCNCA Point Payments

- Our team name is “Bike Palace.” Our USAC club number is 3169.
- Racer’s licenses must be held under the club name Peninsula Cycle Club, team name Bike Palace.
- The Peninsula Cycle Club budget for Racers for the 2012 season is $4,000.00.
- Peninsula Cycle club will pay for 50% of each entry fee when a racer rides with his PenCC club kit on.
- Peninsula Cycle club will also pay $5.00 per SoCal race point earned.
- This Racers Journal should be taken to each race and filled out at the end of the day.
- Each Racer must attend six races to qualify to be reimbursed by Peninsula Cycle Club. Multiple races at the single venue will not count as an additional qualifying race.
- Each Racer must submit a completed racer journal at the end of the race season. September 2, 2012 is the last day of the SoCal point’s season.
- If the budgeted amount is reached, before the end of the race season, the last day funds are available to be paid, the funds will be split equally & fairly.
- If the budgeted amount is never reached, the funds will be left in the general fund for the next year.
- Once the budgeted amount is expended, no entry fees or SoCal race point dollars will be paid.
- If a race has less than five participants or teams, no point dollar will be paid, with the exception of State Championships.
- The maximum paid out per racer will be $800.00.
- Every racer must volunteer at the Torrance Criterium for at least six hours.
